Policies & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS

​

A minimum of 24 Business HOURS notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments.  Not showing up for your scheduled appointment or 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge.

Please be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or our appointment will be shortened due to scheduling, incurring the full service charge.

LASH FILL POLICIES:

​

If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.

​

2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set

​

3-4 Weeks Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set

​

5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes.  Lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are healthy and full.  Lashes that are grown out must be removed.

DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS FROM ANOTHER ARTIST:

​

Due to liability reasons, we usually do NOT fill lash extensions that were applied by another artist/facility unless they meet the standard requirements of Moonie. Current eyelash extensions that were put on by another artist must be removed before applying a new set. (removal fee will be waived with a full set)

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

Please come with clean lashes. Avoid mascara, eye makeup, and/or anything that will dirty your eyelashes. This is to ensure your appointment time is not cut down.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

​

Any reactions (such as allergies, other reactions, etc.) to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by any lash artist including Moonie. All care is taken to ensure your safety. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Moonie will offer a FREE lash removal should this unfortunate even occur. We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
